Where are we based?

We are based in the quaint neighbourhood of Boston, Bellville. As team lead, Edó is in charge of editing your love stories. Him and his Spaniel pup, Leo, binge on the best Netflix has to offer or they listen to some of the latest bubblegum pop hits! “I grew up on the countryside, so the dream is to move back one day, grow tons of plants in a greenhouse and live 'the best of both worlds' life!”

Do we do destination weddings?

An overwhelmingly big, YES! Getting to do what we love while experiencing new cultures and views?! That right there is living the dream. Accommodation and flights will be on you, but if it is a place that is on our bucket list we will shoot at a heavily discounted rate ;)

Can I deduct anything off my quote if I do not want something in the collection?

These packages are sold as is and have been simmered down over the years as the best offers. We would love to give you the experience you are looking for. If you want something a little more custom, feel free to pop us an email/message to discuss. Then we can send you a quote that is unique to you and your needs.

Do we offer payment plans?

Yes - We all know how fast things add up for a wedding and in one month you have to pay a ton of service providers. We can split your quote into 4 installments. If we need to split it down more we can have a chat and see how we can make this work for all parties.

Do we need to book accommodation for you and your team?

We are based in Boston, Cape Town - but we love to travel. Please keep the following in mind and in budget. For anything beyond an hour’s drive, we charge R8.50/km. If the journey exceeds two hours, we’ll need accommodation to ensure we’re rested and travel home safely the next day. For trips over 3.5 hours, we’d like to stay the night before and after your celebration. If flights are required, please budget for the cost of flights, two nights’ accommodation, meals, and an SUV rental.

How will my photos be delivered?

A month post-wedding, your unique Pictime gallery will be ready. Pour a drink, relive the magic, and let us know what you think. If you loved working with us, spread the word - we’d love to cross paths again. We only deliver high res photos, no RAW files are given to client.

How will my videos be delivered?

6-8 Weeks after your wedding, your wedding movie will be uploaded to your online gallery. Your Ceremony & Speeches video will be sent via a Wetransfer link that is available to download for three months.

Meals for you and your media team

No need to seat us with your guests, just somewhere we can still hear what is happening. Please ensure that we are catered for during the day, especially for mains, served at the same time as your guests.
